Is google cheating ?

As its Google’s 12th birthday they are showing this cake image on Google.com.

Clicking on the link it takes us to search results for keyword Google which claim to be About 1,410,000,000 results for keyword Google.  I was really surprised if these many website are really having keyword google in it ? Or similar contents ?

Curiously I clicked on the page results like.. 1,2,3… I was just curious to see where does it end ?

& finally there was a stop @ page 48.  So, How come 1,410,000,000 results ?

Is google cheating ?
